Dear Imperva Family,

It's hard to believe that after five and a half incredible years, the time has come for me to say goodbye. My journey with Imperva, which began with acquiring Prevoty, has been extraordinary.

To me, this wasn't just a job.

It was a commitment to making the world safer, a mission that gave me a profound sense of purpose and drove me to wake up each day with enthusiasm.

My path at Imperva has been profoundly about the people — the incredible, talented, and dedicated individuals I've had the privilege to work alongside and the customers we've had the honor to serve. Together, we've tackled some of the most daunting cybersecurity challenges, achieving milestones I will forever be proud of.

As I turn the page to this next chapter of my life, I want to leave you with wisdom that has guided me through my career: the importance of authenticity, respect, and humility. The people around us, their well-being, and their growth define our success. I'm grateful to have partnered with direct reports, fellow leaders, and Chief Executives who have helped me grow.

Pam Murphy, thank you for your unwavering support and belief in me. Your exemplary leadership and cherished friendship have guided me through challenges and triumphs. Thank you for always being there.

Chris Hylen, your faith in our vision at Prevoty catalyzed my role as CTO at Imperva. I'm grateful for the doors you opened and the confidence you placed in me and our startup.

Julien Bellanger, embarking on the Prevoty journey with you over a decade ago was the leap of faith that defined my career. Oh, the stories we could fill a book with! I'm eternally thankful for our friendship and bond.

To the Thoma Bravo team, your confidence in me to help steer this incredible company through its growth and challenges has been a significant highlight of my career. I am thankful for the opportunity to work alongside visionary partners and advisors, contributing to the legacy of Imperva.

As for what's next for me, I'm looking forward to downtime with my family, recharging on an island in the mighty Pacific, and indulging in my love for reading and photography.

As I bid farewell, I am reminded of the beauty of the night sky, a vast expanse that has always filled me with genuine awe and wonder.

This line echoes my feelings as I embark on this new journey — grateful, hopeful, and forever touched by our time together.
