"Where will fear take you?"

The question naturally fits into my daily meditation practice:

  1. Eyes closed to block out visual distractions
  2. Noise-canceling headphones to block out aural distractions
  3. Deep+slow breaths via mouth+nose
  4. Body scan to work out fidgets
  5. Observing thoughts and anxieties as they come up
  6. Concluding with the question
By thinking about fear, we can learn to understand it, and by understanding it, we can learn to overcome it.
